Welcome
To
Dunreyth Alpacas
Adsdean Park
(Dunreyth Alpacas is not a petting farm)
Bruce & Peta live in an idyllic setting in the South Downs in West Sussex.
They gave up their profession as Nurses to run their herd of alpacas on their own land in Adsdean Park.
Peta had always been a nurse and Bruce had spent 25 yrs in the Royal Navy Medical Service.
They have recently been joined by their daughter Amy who has taken on the role of Farm Manager. They were the first in the country to offer Alpaca walking to the public (to their knowledge ) and the first to take Alpacas to Hospices etc. All now copied by many.
Unlike other venues however at Dunreyth Alpacas, each walker will have an Alpaca to themselves.
SEE WALKS & BOOKINGS PAGE FOR DETAILS. An Alpaca walking Experience second to none.
They breed friendly alpacas in a variety of colours for their fibre and the manufacture of unique hand knitted garments which can be purchased from their onsite shop.
Well 2020 was not a good year for anyone but 2021 looks to be a far better prospect for us all. We again can look forward to seeing visitors from near and far and all are welcome .
Corporate alpaca experiences (Team building) has become very popular with several large & small local companies from near and far .
Attendances at weddings have increased substantially from 2016 .
Pet-a-Paca visits to Hospices ,Care homes ,Rest Homes have remained very popular.
As well as visitors from all around the UK they have enjoyed seeing people from South Africa, China, Hong Kong (a lady booked her walk from H. K), Holland, India , Japan and The Arab Emirates, and they were all enthralled by interacting with our friendly alpacas.
